Stephanie is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages to achieve greater well-being through positive changes in their lives .
She is also a Cancer Exercise Training Institute-certified Cancer Exercise Specialist who designs health and fitness programmes for cancer patients and survivors to help improve their fitness and ability to engage in activities of daily living.
Stephanie is an RRCA certified Running Coach and passionate and avid long-distance runner. She has participated in events in places such as the United States, Taiwan and Laos and believes that running is a great way for people of all ages and fitness levels to keep moving and fit.
