Viknesh is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. He is an experienced coach who designs unique and interesting workouts that are both challenging and fun for his clients.
He is a firm believer in the transformative power of exercise. Everyone, regardless of their starting point, is able to become healthier and fitter with regular exercise and proper coaching. Through dedication and patience, Viknesh is committed to providing these to his clients.
Exercise programme design is one of his passions and he enjoys coming up with programmes that incorporate various modalities such as strength, agility and cardio to help his clients develop a balanced and holistic approach to fitness.
